Yes final tank is for liquid only.

Any paper or something a TW douchenozelle flushed would be stuck in tank 1 or 2.

 

I'd take one, even if it only had a gravel floor... My truck can't fit in my garage...

Yes, I watched them.

 

When I had my driveway extension put in, I paid for the rebar on risers but the guys started placing without adding the risers. I quickly reminded them of the agreement, and they started splitting bricks to have the rebar on risers... what a joke. If I wanted it done wrong, I would have done it myself.

 

Brick or block as chairs is 100% legit however technically its supposed to be concrete block or jumbos and not red brick

Its called a dobie , look it up

 

It was more in reference to the fact that they didn’t have it on chairs to begin with; and yes they used red clay brick.

I think I've found my new saying.

 

The previous owner had an access hole to the shower cut with a piece of wood thrown over and all unfinished drywall. I squared up the hole, repaired the drywall, painted, and installed a removeable plastic access cover.

 

Those plumbers doors are a wonderful invention, and fairly cheap too.

 

Gotta love plumbing repairs. This week I've replaced the kitchen sink faucet cartridge, the master toilet flapper/fill valve and now the hall tub faucet has a drip. Also found out the faucet cartridges are in low supply everywhere. I'm about ready to stick a for sale sign in the front yard and start fresh.

 

Very reasonable, think it was only about 12 bucks, plus spent a few bucks extra on a can of spray paint.

 

Looks good! If you paint the access door with wall color, they all but disappear.

 

I was going to do that but the spray was close enough, and a large stand up cabinet slides in that spot and covers it from sight anyway.

 

After about a year of ignoring the gap between the LVP & remodeled bathroom tile floor I finally sourced and purchased a matching transition piece last week. Today the 'ol lady took the 11 month old to Grandma's so I used the alone time to chop it & lay it. Oh, and today was the hottest day YTD. I hate this LVP, I hate transitions, but at least the gap is gone. The other bathroom not pictured isn't as clean as this one because the tile & LVP are about 3/8" off in height. Too much difference for a regular T piece but not enough for the ones that account for a difference. I'll live with it for a week & see how I feel. Maybe some liquid nails will hold it down & close the gap.
