Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
Just throwing out my summer project...I'm getting a new roof and siding next week so I've been adding fly rafters to the front and back of my house and garage. Should add a little different look when it is all done.20230710_183257.jpg

Looks like my neighbors front/back yard. I've complained to the city and the HOA more times this past year than I can count on one hand. :boink: For F's sake! :annoyed:

i've got anxiety. this literally starts a panic attack..

i feel dirty just walking in there.

my dad mentioned/rhetorically asked "how am i ever going to clean all this up" i just laughed and told him 4-6 dumpsters, some coal shovels, and a wheelbarrow.

it's a psychological issue. seriously. the tenant hadn't met me before, so while i was trying to change a leaky faucet previously, the tenant tried apologizing for the mess, and talked about how "the place was broken into and robbed [3 yrs ago], and the tenants mom passed away [5 years ago], and just hadn't had time to pick stuff up". the tenant didn't know i knew the details of when those things occurred, but the tenant is living every day like it all happened yesterday.

but as they say, "you can't help someone that doesn't want to help themselves"

What’s the best circular saw blade for cutting lattice, both vinyl and wood?

I cut some vinyl lattice and pvc trim boards today using a Diablo 40 tooth (on a Milwaukee 6 1/2 circular saw) and it cut it nicely. I imagine it would be fine for wood too.
