Filled a few craters in the yard and placed some sod over them (which the dog decided to go and try and remove). ended up having to lay down some chicken wire over the holes until roots establish. gotta get the backyard up to par since we are listing it in the next month or so.

    going to be fun!
Heat Pump is just reverse cycle opposite to the direction of freon heat flow by absorbing heat from a cold space and releasing it to a warmer one.you could also do duel fuel which combines a heat pump with gas furnace.....

Every furnace installation manual I've seen specifies 18awg minimum for thermostat wiring.

I will say this, and it's been an issue for a while now. Daikin's evaporator coils are the thinnest in the industry. I'm aware of 5 different Daikin air handlers (all different homes) that had to have their evaps replaced..... for a 7-10 year old system. Loss of refrigerant was the cause. Refrigerant sniffers narrowed it down to leaking 90 and 180 degree fittings on the coils, not the brazed joints.

N-fabs, BakFlip VP, power tailgate lock, bed lights, "raptor" grill lights. Standard mall crawler stuff.
I am late to the party, but I would run at least 6/18 for future proofing. Newer furnaces can also have separate control wires for the fan to run the multiple heat stages, and run the fan only if you want.

Finally got around to plumbing my shop sink through the compressor shed and tied it in to the RV septic. No more emptying the bucket under the sink and now I can finish the compressor shed with a door.

IMO you dont need steel, you can get away with aluminum beams or hollowblock... and with alum., everything after that would be screwed to each other. I would go, framing, subtop(or hardibacker board), countertop/stone. I wouldnt even mess with stucco.

I actually have plans to build a built in BBQ, hopefully within the next few weeks, before summer temps come rolling in.

Are you referring to steel studs? If so that or concrete block would be the way to go.
