Yeah , I want to add solar here and do net metering but our exposure and sunny days aren't the greatest

Have thought about solar as well, but don't get enough sun due to my trees. Love my shade in the summer time.

Can you post a pic after you mow? There are several things that could be the issue. You could have a bad spindle bearing causing a different speed for that blade. Blade could be dull or bent. How wide is the stripe. A pic may help. I'd pull the blades and have the sharpened and balance and make sure they are bent to start. Also post a few pics of the mower

They don't look bent. Had mulching blades on it so took then out and going back to the regular blades. Will see what happens. But will defitpost some pics when I cut again this weekend. Might adjust the height of the blades as well. Maybe set them a bit higher. And maybe see if I can raise the deck, if it's not raised already. It's a walk behind with a "fixed" deck, not a floating deck like the ride ons or the fancy Exmark walk behinds.

The spindle thing is not a bad tip though. Is there an easy was so check that? I had the blades going and seemed like they wete all spinning at the same speed, but that was just my impression with the naked eye.

Where are you in ct? I am too. I have a bobcat walk behind that is 20 years old and still going strong with regular maintenance. You definitely can't tell speed of blades by looking. I just got new spindles bearings after 20 years. And I used to cut 20 lawns a week for 6 years. I guess they get noisy but I never noticed. Also bent blade can be very hard to see, you need to remove them and stack them. You should have your blades as high as you can for now until around October anyway. Grass is growing fast and it's been hot and dry and best not to cut off too much of the leaf. I wouldn't bother raising the deck it's a pain in the ass to do and should be pretty good from the dealer. You can move the spacers around to raise and lower by 1/2-3/4 increments which is fine.

I'm down in Brookfield, by Danbury. Picked it up from my buddy, who picked it up from someone else last season when we were cutting lawns on the weekends. Not exactly sure how old it is, but had been running/cutting fine. I just noticed the extra line down the middle this weekend. Can't remember how high I have the blades cutting right now, but not a bad idea to put them a bit higher for now. Grass is growing like crazy and every time I cut, it leaves a huge mess. And the blades aren't bent, that much I know and can tell. I stacked them up before I put them back on and seemed fine. And so did the mulching blades I was using. Guess I'll see how the regular blades cut this weekend, and maybe raise the blades a bit more as well, and see how it comes out.

That I cannot. Half cathedral ceiling, lowest part at the very end of the roof in the back yard. I had to sheetrock middle on down, the top was okay.
The board I didn't hang would go over where the skylight was. That part is the area where it's coming in near the top of where it was.

Is it asphalt shingles and did they paper or use underlayment on the entire roof ?

In a lot of areas you don't have to by code

Perhaps, but seems like cheap insurance..especially since the roof isn't very steep and I live in MA

Oh yeah totally worth it , just saying in some areas its not required by code

If the underlayment is shingle lapped ( ie upper row overlaps the row below it ) it's interesting that your leak is mid span
