have to say sweaty T shirt green was the right choice.

it has helped me pick the color of trim for my place. my house is green and alchemy. i hate the trim in alchemy. you have a more tan trim, looks great.

Tool question here. I have some Ryobi One+ stuff for light, around the house lawn care. I am in the market for an impact driver and cordless drill. I know you guys are generally Makita and Dewalt guys, but any reason not to trust Ryobi's stuff? Figure if I get one set it should be consistent. I do plan on doing more shit around the house/building some stuff but for the most part it's still relatively light duty.

I use my Ryobi One+ stuff a lot. I like it, but it has a few features missing from the other guys. Cost to use ratio Ryobi works really well for me. I have owned my set for 4+ years without a failure. To each their own though. If you're using the tool every day you will need something to last through a few more bumps and bruises within a short period of time.

I have a host of the Ryobi One+ stuff and I literally just used to impact driver a minute ago. (Repaired a broken rib on a patio umbrella).

But... The Mr. uses it for everything. He's built 2 sheds and a well house and a deck from the ground up with it.

Use my 1/2" impact fairly often. Works well for bolts not super rusted. Use the 1/4" hex driver all the time for screws and smaller bolts. The drill I use fairly often too. Even have the weed whacker that works fine for light weeds and tall grass.

The only tool I'm not impressed with is the circular saw. Bit under powered imo but I have a corded one I use when possible.

Well and the blower. That thing is pretty terrible. It won't blow anything wet and anything with weight to it. Dorkiest drying the truck it works ok

Is it the hybrid blower or regular? The weed wacker I have is the hybrid one and is perfect for my small suburban property, but I do hate dragging the cord to the back deck if I want to do a quick maintenance blow. Figure this would be another good tool to add if it's decent for that. I can already tell I would want a drill, impact driver, and blower for at home stuff and impact wrench for trail repairs when wheeling.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I have a corded Ryobi angle grinder that I use religiously, as well as my corded Milwaukee Heavy duty hammer drill that I have been happy with, but really my first time venturing into some cordless stuff.

Dug through my Western Red Cedar 6x6 pile and graded the pieces I need for the Rhino fence

Left foreground is primo , too good for a fence stock

Right foreground is fence stock of the correct lengths

Rear pile is seconds and rejects due to length etc

I thought for sure the fence would be complete with your time served.

    I am disappoint.

I think they have improved since getting lithium batteries. I had a sears brand cordless and it was junk...now with the large capacity batteries the new cordless stuff works great!

I would step up to Ridgid over Ryobi, atleast. Ryobi stuff is the cheapest, and cheapest built.
