    Sure.

Been using it for 2 years now at my business and was so impressed my folks bought the same unit for their house.

Both have been excellent. Been using coolers since I was a kid and these are by far the best we've had. Always had whatever Home Depot had in stock that was decent.. these are much better than what we've had before.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
A few weeks ago, finally got the last wall up, and the gutters.

    Snow rail installed ...

One of the few things I didn't do myself, garage door being installed.

And it done, and finally feeling "almost" complete

Just this past weekend, my dad and I installed the overhang ceiling.

And one of the happiest, most fulfilling pieces of paper I will ever have...

Less than 5 months start to finish. A lot of help from my Dad, cousin, brother, and many others. But daily I was alone, just chipping away at it. I'd never do it again, but damn what a ride!!

question for you tile installers... I want to tile my whole house, except two of the bedrooms.... What room do I start in? If doing one room, supposed to start in the middle... where do I start when doing the whole thing? :goingcrazy:

You haven't lived until you install a garage door or two:frusty: When I did mine it was nice to find I could wind the spring with a cordless drill:thumbsup: But the rest was a pain in the a$$. I just kept telling myself "Think of the money your saving!" :annoyed:It all worked out in the end.:drunk:

thats my motto on every project. I have buddies who pay a professional for everything and it always looks nice, is done on time, and has minimal headaches.....but I save tons of money and learn a thing or two along the way

Garage doors are one of the few things I would pay a pro to do every time.

Curious, is there a reason you didn't go with the window option on the top one or two sections of the garage door? The top two on my shop have the windows and on a normal day, if I'm not doing any precision projects, I don't need to turn the lights on due to the natural light coming through the windows.

Anyone have an input on appliances? We're shopping for new a whole new kitchen and the Black Friday deals are out. Looking at Samsung, whirlpool, maytag, and frigidaire.

we got a frigidaire fridge and wall oven/microwave combo just recently in our new home build (2014) We are not impressed at all. I cant vouch for the others though as i dont have any experience with them. Our bosch dishwasher is awesome though.

My wife and I have been impressed with our LG fridge and dishwasher. Still waiting to upgrade stove and microwave, but looking at Samsung for those.

I won't call myself a professional, but have done a few small projects...I would start in a hallway and make sure the tile is centered along the length. Then, if you have doors coming out of the hall way, adjust your line so that the tiles are centered in the door ways, as best you can - not always possible to get them all to line up since the doors are not spaced the same as the tile size, but concentrate on the most obvious doors first.
If you have open plan and no hall way, again, try to line the tile up with doorways and see where that goes from there.
Also, depending on the with of the hall way, (if you have one), you can either have a grout joint down the center line of the hall way, or have your tile straddle the center line - lay out both options and see what gives you the optimum layout along the walls - one layout might leave little slivers at the wall while the other will end with about a half or almost full tile, which look better than the slivers.
Trying to keep it short - hope it makes sense.

I try to buy Maytag when possible since they are still US made, but you haven't to watch the reviews as they aren't all designed as well.

Thanks, these are in our price range, but I'm not a huge fan of them.

    Thanks for the heads up.

Maytag is the from runner. All the reviews I've read are pretty positive, there's always people who have crazy expectations or had a lemon who leave poor reviews.

bosch and kitchenaid make good stuff. Bosch dishwashers are super quiet.
