No joke. I returned a W/D set, it was fantastic. But with just two of us, i was waiting over a week between loads just to have enough clothes to fill it.

That was an old inside joke between me and Pete from a couple years ago. Both of us put our wives in charge of making the purchase decisions. I won't go into details, other than to say both resulted in us each having a personalized PITA. @OZ-T amiright

Half brick pattern on the diagonal if square tile.
Front to back if rectangular tile. Never run long rectangular tile longwise down a hallway. If your lines are off at all it will show.

Have the tile down to 2 choices... wood look 6 x 36 or 12" & 6" square :goingcrazy: can't decide :goingcrazy:

Half brick on diagonal if square?

My new (smaller) one, I can 'talk' to it from my phone. Turn it on remotely if I have to.

This is one of my fave patterns. But then again I just don't like long continuous grout line or the checkerboard look.

I said I could. But like everyone else, I like the simple stuff. I use 2 or 3 of the 18 wash cycles and never paired the phone. Dryer has like 12 cycles too. I use exactly 2.

With either tile I would definitely go front to back(the narrower part of the rooms. That way you will not be looking down the grout joint on a long run. I will find a pic in a bit of how NOT to do it.

My high capacity washer checks the size of the load prior to doing anything then adjusts settings automatically to only use what's needed soap and water wise.
