Here's a little photo dump of my house so far. Just have to finish sanding drywall, paint, refinish the hardwoods, then install the kitchen and we can move in. Cabinets will be ready to install around Christmas. Now trying to pick out a nice stain for our read oak floors.

It's unruly. I've had moments where it's great for a run then it's like death wobble

Blade options are more limited with the 75, to festool and tenryu, where the 55 you can get diablo blades aswell. With a cheaper blade option. I would use the 75 more, but even just the tracks are super useful.

I used my buddy's Rotex a few years ago when we worked on a job together. Did not notice anything like that.

Yea a double sided fireplace might happen down the road. Just more masonry I'm not comfortable with and don't have the funds to hire someone

Apparently we had one hell of a gust of wind last night. It ripped the top part of the shed right off the deck and blew it over the fence and into our corrals.

Yea in the kitchen where we laid the new floor we tested 10 different stains. Settled on a 50/50 of minwax Jacobean and classic gray

Won't that effect the color when your staining over those color patches? Or will the sanding get the stain up?

The stain samples will be sanded off when the floor gets sanded.

I gotcha I didn't think stain could be removed. I just never have seen that before. Usually test boards. Having a bigger area is much nicer.
