Yea they're my trees up until they cross the property line. Where exactly that is I'll find out tomorrow when I measure it it out. Either way it's free free trimming for me. I'd rather them just not cut the back halves of the trees off because they don't know where the line is.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
I would make sure that your property line is clearly marked. Paint it if need be. Then go store some garbage behind your barn!

Yup generally they can trim up to their property line. Just make sure your line is clearly defined for the tree trimming company. And hell while they are there if you need trimming I'd hit them up too :) The laws I have seen (which are more west coast) state they can trim the trees but can not do anything that would damage or kill the tree. If you arent sure where the property line is you could push ot make her get things surveyed for you too....but that just depends how much of a dick you want to be.

And i would totally find a beater car to put right where she said not to put anything just to mess with her a bit. Or just the trash pile for the dump run. Just something temporary to poke a bit at her.

Sadly i have a junker of a neighbor on the back side of my property. His yard is always full of just trash crap (metal, old windows, ect). Never met the guy so no clue why its that way though. Then again Im sure anyone driving past my property raise an eyebrows since right now i have a body of an FJ40 on its side, a big pile of metal (for the scrap yard), a trailer full of wood scraps, a pile of cardboard for the recycler, and a pile of styrofoam on the driveway.

Haha yea from what I gathered She's divorced and lives with her boyfriend an hour away but still keeps the house. I thought about throwing shit back there and turn it into redneckville but I'll see how everything plays out.

Wonder if she just had a bad experience with the previous owner....since you mentioned it was a foreclosure. Or she could just be that way.

Yea I'm calling her tomorrow and asking her when they are coming. And the previous owners were divorced and they never kept the house in check. So hopefully she's just worried from that. She did say that she's glad to see we've been making improvements to the property. Can't wait to tell her I'm putting up a split rail fence in my backyard for her to look at.

Also make sure the fence is the property line. My goofyass yard in Alabama had to have the fence set inside the actual property line by nearly 2'. (Old laws from the 40s). But my property line was outside the fence.

Do you also add an ice barrier over the peel & stick or is it dual purpose?

I never understood the need for powered caulking guns until I glued all those landscape bricks together.

I never understood them either until we did a freezer in a warehouse and did those 4" thick insulated filled metal walls that were 40' tall. Well each seam has to be caulked all the way down. I think we did two maybe three before we went to the hardware store to purchase some lmao

Tell her she can trim/cut whatever she wants on her side of the property line. As far as the barn goes, she can do whatever she wants with that...

Damn kitchen sink isn't draining. I've tried liquid shit and running a snake as far as I could with no luck. Plan tomorrow is to dig up right outside the house, should be a straight shot to the main, and install a clean out and bust this shit up. I won't be surprised to find out the wife sent a fucking dish towel through the disposal.
