Thanks - yours look great too! We got lucky that we found a smaller company who was willing to work with us on price and allow us to do demo and prep in order to make it work (also didn’t hurt that it was such a large job). We ended up getting the floors for $8/ft installed, which included their hardest finish since we have big dogs. They also rebuilt our stairs, added a new post, and new spindles/railings. Couldn’t be happier with their work.

IMO, green board isn’t anything special anyway. I’d probably paint it with a good mold killing primer like Kilz, then caulk top and bottom of my baseboards so no water can get in there in the future.

It's just on the surface of the wall board behind the toilet (right where the water source is). I have not removed the vanity yet so I'm not sure what is sitting behind there where the plumbing comes out of the wall.

Its good. No window that opens but an exhaust fan that vents clearly into the attic.
The trim was caulked too which is odd youd get moisture back there...
It was surface mold on the wall board and under the trim. Came right off with peroxide

Its not bad on the wall. The worst is on the floor under the toilet growing up into the vinyl. But I’m on a slab so easy fix just scrub and new floor.

I just bought this house so I’m unsure how long this all was there.

Toilet supply escutcheon is rusty too , could be result of condensation on toilet tank
