I haven’t, but I did look at that option for my deck. Unless the composite sleeves fit perfectly, I think it would be a lot more difficult to do it that way. Cable through a wood or aluminum post seems like it would be the easiest install.

Is that real tile or like an interlocking style? I used swisstrax “vinyltrax” in my laundry area and now I want to do the garage with it too.

Its actual tile I am getting 500 Sq ft for free basically from a buddy who had a job canceled and the owners went with wood instead. I just have to pay the shipping fee of $130 bucks if I chose to go this route.....

I swear that Apt was built illegally over the yrs as the address was that same as the house. I think it originally started out as a one car garage or some type of shed. The bath was fucked up it was a toilet, sink and the shower was a handheld and the drain was in the middle of the bathroom floor no shower curtain and all walls tile and about 6X5

Sounds nice. I wanted to do a diy epoxy originally. My garage floor is painted, and it is peeling, so to apply an epoxy I’d have to at least power wash the floor and maybe rent a concrete grinder. For that kind of mess I’d rather just spend more and put down interlocking tiles right over it. Not as cold as concrete to lay on while wrenching either. And if I ever move I could pick up the tiles and bring them with me.
