So all the cords plug into that, and that plugs into the router?

The best way would be to plug them directly into the router. But, depending on where things are you would use a switch to connect several devices to the router.

My father had vents in that location with his house when he built it. After a few really heavy tropical storms ad hurricanes he noticed he was getting water in the walls from winds coming in and blowing rain in the vents. If you’re not the first owner of the house, they could have gotten rid of the vents for that reason.

I have my ISP Modem in bridge mode and run all of my computers/etc on an Ubiquiti EdgeMax Router.
https://www.ui.com/edgemax/edgerouter-x-sfp/ is what I use. I have it running an Ubiquiti Unifi wifi router as well. Gets the job done well.

I'm not looking to spend that much...the google router is a gigabit router so I just want a cheap easy way to connect everything to it..

The Durovents are 24" wide with perforations to split those to 12". Not trying to sound like a dick but no airflow will lead to overheating your attic in summer and can lead to mould growth on the underside of roof sheathing in winter

For blown in or batt insulation in the bottom chord of the truss or ceiling joist they only need to extend about a foot above the top of the insulation

Ok OZ-T question for you on these baffles. Sorry I don’t know some of the structural terms. When I put these between the roof joists and down to the vents they don’t actually go on the vents. The stop against the face board that’s nailed against those roof joists and the vent is nailed to the bottom of that board. If that makes sense? Do you fold them to go down that board to the vent?

As long as the baffle (Durovent) gets to the soffit (ie the portion of the rafter outside the wall where the vent is) that will allow the air to flow from the soffit vents up above the insulation to your ridge / pot / gable vents

Still debating if a poly vapour barrier is required with this 1" duroboard. Better to be safe than sorry I guess.
