Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Buy a cheap endoscope and see if you can look into the pipe. Is it vented properly? Can you post some pictures?

The 3 cast Iron that everything ties into is your waste and vent stack. Your lav drain that ties into it, has it been redone? original would have been threaded galvanized pipe or lead. Check that. Does the sink drain have a pop-up or grid strainer like in a public restroom.
Grid strainer air gets trapped underneath and drains slow and if its a stopper, have you taken the stopper and trip lever out and cleaned?
Start with the dirty arm going to your main stack.

Grid strainers are the worst in bathrooms! Especially when the sink is a non overflow type, it’s literally like watching paint dry to get those to drain quickly

Yes, PVC goes into what I would assume is cast iron at 90 degrees.
There is a stopper but it is not connected, I originally figured something was wrong with that but when I removed the white PVC to inspect for clogging I looked down the drain noticed there is nothing attached to the stopper part inside in the pipe, thus I didnt bother replacing that part, figured its just a straight pipe now.

I can buy one, not sure what you mean by vented properly, Ive only ever had to deal with plumbing before it gets in the wall before.

I know after hurricane katrina(2005) the downstairs was redone including the bathroom, I dont know about the upstairs bathroom though, based on the condition of the sink and the metal pipe the PVC goes into I would assume not but I could be wrong.
See top quote about the stopper, I was hesitant to replace that section of pipe since it looks like there is sealant where the nut attaches to the sink and I wanted to reinstall the pipe and see if cutting the PVC shorter did anything, the PVC that goes into the cast iron pipe was pretty long so I cut off about 2 inches, was thinking maybe it was almost hitting the back of the 3 inch pipe thus slowing down drainage, but that didnt fix anything.
I assume by dirty arm you mean the short metal pipe the PVC goes into that connects to the large 3 inch pipe which I assume is the stack?
When I removed PVC I could look right through that short pipe into the large one with nothing blocking it.

Stopper that is not attached that is just a straight pipe.

Where PVC goes into smaller metal pipe that goes into large 3 inch pipe.
    20190506_100034.jpg

Holes in sides of sink drain semi visible, probably not important.

Yea old galvanized piping tends to catch debris and sludge up. I’ve found a product at Home Depot called crystal heat that works very good. It’s cold water activated and there needs to be some drainage. Don’t use if drain is clogged and use with proper ventilation. Read all instructions I’m not liable for squat

Be careful of anything that has a acid in it. You have cast iron and it will dissolve the pipe.

Did you make sure the clog isn’t isn’t in the tail pipe just below the flange? A lot of time hair balls get stuck in there and draino sits down in the trap so isn’t able to dissolve it. It’s thats clean just run a snake down the cast stack.

So the damn crystal heat stuff solidified in the P trap and I have to removed the PVC again and used a screw driver to break it up.
Before I took the PVC out to clean the P trap I went and bought I drain snake, it went though the pipe just fine and all I got was some gross black water on me.
Sink is still in the same condition as before so I think Im just gonna call a plumber and let them deal with it hopefully its nothing to bad.

A lot of times the cable will go thru sludge and still not clear the line. Acid only eats cast if it sits in it. Old ass grease lines were in worse shape

Baking soda and vinegar.... 1/2 cup baking soda, 1 cup of vinegar. Run really hot water down the drain first, get the baking soda into the drain, pour the vinegar down and put the plug in to stop it coming out. I use a long chop stick to make sure that the things are going doing properly. If it looks like it is still a little blocked pour more vinegar down the drain. Mucho bubbles, and then finish with more really hot water...
    And now it is done...

I can vouch that it worked on our bathroom sink drain after trying drain-o and liquid plumber and one other that I cannot think of...

Then it is  time for a job well done

Take the pop up (drain plug) out and shine a light or one of those clean out things down in there, it’s probably a clump of hair wedged in there. Had the same thing happen to my upstairs bathroom that my daughter uses. All the hair in the sink gets stuck in there and causes a real slow drain

Try this first. Not kidding. I just cleared mine that way after liquid plumber didn't work. Beware of stuff that might shoot out of the overfill hole. bleck! I bought a new p trap but tried a plunger first and it worked.

The most common cause is hair in the drain. Not in the p-trap but stuck in/around the plunger. This goes for both sink drain and combo tub/shower drains. Shower only stalls are less affected because they lack the cross under the plunger that hair hangs up on and you can see any hair on the drain grate.
