    just make sure when you get a drill press to clamp the project down otherwise when it grabs its going to grab and sling the wood around or smash it against the drill press or you, either breaking it or messing it you up. If you are drilling big holes its best to get a good corded drill that way you can rock the drill and get the hole cut. Thats just been my experience. I did get a big mortise bit for my hot sauce bottle and even that dug in on the drill press.

    Make a box out of 4" wide plywood that's inside measurements are just about 1/32" over the size of your table legs in each direction , slide this collar onto the legs up the 4" you want to cut off + the distance from the edge of the table on your circular saw to the blade (usually 1 1/2" ~ ie slide collar up leg 5 1/2") , clamp collar , run table of the saw against the collar as a guide

    Miter saw will guarantee a clean square cut
    Or just add these : https://www.lowes.com/pd/waxman-4-p...MIgcHCnK-N4gIVAZ7ACh22mwaOEAQYAiABEgKqB_D_BwE

    Wait never mind lol a miter saw won’t help much if the table is assembled
    Might could use a miter box/hand saw

    Aware. I'm used to machining things. I've had metal whipped into my finger at my first machining job while reaming holes. Clamps are a god send. Speaking of, I need to find some good corner clamps. The little bitty Irwin one I got from lowes is nice but not great for big projects.

    Finally got my lawn mowed today, after dicking around with my (borrowed) mower for an hour and a half.

    Of course I'm the moron who can't get it started, so I pull the carb and clean it, replace the spark plug, clean up the coil ground wire... Turns out I wasn't holding the dead man switch!

    :annoyed::facepalm:

    Oh well. Last one on the street to mow lol, ive been pretty busy out of town for work and it's rained every weekend but at least it's done.

    Nebraska is it's whole own type of jacked...that's why the state motto literally is "Nebraska...It's not for everyone"

    My oven heating element burned up and I went to replace it tonight. The insulation around the oven and broiler heating elements look charred. Is this normal or should I be shopping for a new oven?
