    Inside looks good but the top not so much. Ian has some soft spots on top and swelling. Most of the nails on the bottom section pulled out to easy. Going to replace the bottom sections. Both sides are full 4x8 sheets.

    I believe the system is vented. Do I still need an individual vent for just the sink drain? I know when that bathroom toilet if flushed, I can clearly hear it from the stink pipe up on the roof. Is it safe to assume the sink is on the same "network"?
