    Me too.

I’m ignoring the issue for now but I know its a problem. My plan within the next year is to tear out the door and put in a sliding glass door. I will be prepared to deal with the extent of the problem when it comes to redoing the whole door opening.

If I had to guess water is penetrating into the sides of the outer siding and funneling inward. I need to pull the outside trim off and caulk it yo try to bandaid it for now.

I bet water running down your channel siding above gets behind that panel over your door

This is turning into an attractive option.

I just fixed my rotting shed and rebuilt the doors.

I’m bringing in my ex boss to quote me for a fix on the garage. I’ve had enough home improvement this year lol

The same thing happened to 2 of my exterior doors going onto the deck.

It turns out, the manufacturer did not paint/seal the bottom of the jam, so over the years, they just soaked up water and rotted. :( The ones I put in to replace the originals are PVC for the bottom 6" - I won't have that type of failure again.

My 2nd floor (2 beds + 1 bath) has all the outlets and lights on a single 15 amp breaker with 15 gauge wire. It's been bothering ever since I moved in.

There are 3 unused 20amp breakers from electric heaters that were removed before I bought the house. I finally said, "**** it" and reattached one of the 20amp circuits. I now have 1 bedroom wired up. I'm not an electrician but I think everything is to code.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Do you have 12 ga wire on the 20A circuit? How old is the house? Is the 15 ga wire aluminum? I don't know of a 15 ga copper wire. It's either 14 or 156 ga.

1973 I think. Ilyeah it's all 12 gauge copper. There was already wire in the wall from the old heater with a cover over it. In the breaker box it was tagged but removed from the breaker. All I really did was add an outlet and extend the 12 gauge around the room.

Finally got the attic access panel in the kitchen finished. Still a bunch of other stuff to get done but it's nice knocking stuff off the list.

Most of the painting is done, 3 closets, 1 room, 2 bathrooms to paint, 2 rooms to touch up, 3 fans to install.
3 closet shelf/rack systems to build, 1 fence to repair (requires concrete work), epoxy the floor of the Florida/dog room, install doggy door, replace entry door between Florida room and kitchen, fill planter area with concrete, scrape up linoleum in the laundry room and epoxy that floor, install AC register in laundry room....
The list keeps getting longer the more we do.

Is that tape or a fresh painted thin blue line on your wall?

I have the dewalt 60V (likely similar to the Craftsman) and I love it.

Whoops, I assumed it was a Craftsman and didn’t zoom in on the box.

I looked at the Milwaukee and would’ve gotten it if I had any other Milwaukee tools but since we’re already invested in Dewalt 20V stuff the flex volt system was the choice for us.

Purchased my first Milwaukee tool (M12 Fuel impact driver) yesterday and completely in love. If their outdoor power tools are as good, I'm buying more Milwaukee.
