We had to do the cut-in with a foam brush around the stiles but the rest was done with a foam roller.

I have one. Only issue is my M12 XC6.0 battery wiggles out of it during use. All of my other batteries stay in fine, so it may be more of a complaint for that specific battery.

Mid way through building my ramp. It’s not treated wood. Doing this on a budget. Plan on staining the hell out of it top and bottom. If it’s last 5 years I’m happy

    Edit: any suggestions?

Couple coats of poly and if you can the end of the ramp that would be sitting on the grass, try to put it on blocks or something so its not sitting in the grass.

Spend the $ on a piece of 3’ treated 2x6, let that contact the ground. It’s only a few dollars.

Any way you can isolate non-treated wood from constant contact it is going to help you, or as Shane100700 said just buying a small piece of ground contact wood for that edge of the ramp would help as well.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
It will still pull moisture from the block.

    Exactly this.

I made mine out of weather treated 3x6’s. Wasn’t much more cost wise.

Oh well it’s done. If it rots In 5 years I’ll build another. Still got to build lofts and get some metal shelves for it, and wire it up

I used one of those for my mailbox. 27 years later it's still doing its job.

    ^this right here ^

I've set a number of posts with nothing other than what came out of the hole. Put a little dirt in, tamp it down hard, rise, repeat.

    A thing or two...
Trimmed up the trees out front this morning, so I can walk under them without ducking while I'm mowing.

Tested the pool water and made a few more adjustments.

Pulled the weeds/grass growing in the driveway cracks/joints. Started edging with the weedeater until I ran out of line, and it wouldn't start after I replaced the line. The pull rope goes in/out, but it feels like it isn't pulling against anything. I didn't feel like tearing into the edger, so I ran to the gas station and refilled the gas cans because I was out of 2-stroke fuel.

Went for a swim for the first time since I bought the house this past fall.

I'm assuming this is some retro "mid-century modern" version of peg board? Link?
