Any chance you'd be willing to make another bumper? Doesn't have to be exactly the same. Lol.

    Looks real good

As of right now I do not have the time. But I have looked into how to make them faster for me and cheaper for you by getting plates precut and bent. So maybe early next year if I dont have any more life issues pop up might be able to build a few and put em up for sale. Ive also got plans drawn up for a more stock skid plate for those without a 6" lift.

Do you know off hand roughly how much material you used for the bumper?

Little over half a sheet of a sheet of 3/16 metal that was 6'x8'. used about 6' of C channel and few feet of 1'',2'' and 3'' 3/16 metal strap.

I never really looked man but i know i didnt have to move it. On my 04 i know they are on the fender core support almost flush with the belt systems. Id assume they where in the same spot location on the 05. Ill look when I get home. I thought i might of seen it on the frame rail.

Currently not right now, but i do have plans to make some in the future. I would be restricted to 05-11 and only be able to make stock replacement skid plates. I do plan to be 2012-15 bumpers after i get the parts to do the conversion on my truck.

I entered this thread expecting an atrocity of a bumper. I was very pleasantly surprised to not find one! Everything looks amazing and the welds look top notch!
