Homemade Gen 3 Swing out bumper

I was fortunate to find this diy swing out on marketplace for the low. It’s a pretty cool design the guy who built it traded in his Tacoma for a raptor he also made the camper shell and front bumper pictured on this truck. Picked up the rear for bumper for only $450!! If anyone knows who made it let me know! Guy I bought it from was in myrtle beach area he bought the truck from his buddy’s lot. Planning to modify my stock rear bumper to fit behind this so the caps look cleaner. Going to rhino line the bumper and add a third brake light as well as license plate light it also came with a Jerry can holder.
