    I cut more out of my cab mount than that and bashed the firewall in a lot more. Still haven't plated up the cab mount either.

    Did a small switch today:

    This is a Brute Force Fab Hybrid & is about 30lbs. heavier than the Elite it's replacing.

    It will be easier to modify this one for the body lift & I can leave the Elite stock considering it's kind of a collectors piece at this point. :rolleyes:

    Also this new Brute Force will not hinder sizing up to 37's.

    I'd go w/ 36's but for the lack of selection in that size - Ant's got 16" wheels & I have 17's...
    There's MUCH more selection in 37's and they are actually less expensive than a 36x13.5x17 Interco tire.

    started some slider maintenance this week:

    this was after just pressure washing the mud off...

    Took an 80 grit flap wheel on the angle grinder to it:

    I put a base coat of flat rustoleum on after wiping it down with surface prep. Next I'll hit it with the same rustoleum bedliner spray I did the flares with - the new front bumper is the same finish. :)
