    Doesn't CVT have a hardshell line now too? Definitely love the idea of a hard shell if I ever get to go the RTT route.

    None of the options are inexpensive. Good soft shell RTT's are all + $1000 and for the cost of any other options out there you can purchase a used RV for the same amount of coin. :(

    @HomerTaco what paperwork did you take into the dealership to get them to inspect your frame? i have the original CRC coating notice (that showed up to late for me to go get it coated) and the class action notice.

    Called corp cust care # and gave them vin. They qualified based on that. Issued me a case number. I know from my own visual that the rust issue is present - whole layer has disappeared next to the cat...
    I spoke with my local dealership about the mods I've done and what they will & wont do.
    Just have to do a few odds & ends on my own now.

    Material and labor would make it cost prohibitive. Did you see Jesse James' stainless chopper? He realized quickly that working with SS is a kick in the nutts.
