my old one, i dont have any pictures of it sittin still, the best possible upgrade you can do to your suspension, especially if you jump it at all is find a set of 450r shocks. its night and day difference.

Nice buy. I have always loved the looks of the old body style 400ex. My friend has an 07 and he loves it.

Sandhill huh. I love that place. Here is a pic of me hitting that same hole.

Congrats 400's are very reliable fun quads. My buddy had a built MX 440 before we all switched to 450's.

no helmet.... dont be stupid man wear your gear especially on a dirtbike. esp when hydro plaining. i have a steel plate and 8 screws from hitting a little rock sticking up hydroplaining 5th gear tapped and i was wearing every single piece of gear you can think of besides a neck brace. my friends dad also broke his back doing the same thing.

its worth it to wear gear dude.. not trying to come off as rude but i have been in the hospital tons of times from a dirtbike so just giving my experience.

400exs are tanks man. they are such reliable bikes! great choice:)
