    up to 2002,honda 4 cyl turned counterclockwise,because the timing belt was located on the drivers side.03 up chain driven 4 cyl turn clockwise,chain is on passenger side,all v6 turn clockwise,mounted on passenger side.so no matter how the engine is located,the engine will always turn towards the front of the vehicle.
