Hondo garage

Has anybody had issues with hondo garage? I ordered the cellphone mount complete kit and after 3 days I haven't heard anything from them. I have called and an and emailed them and no answer!

 

No, but they are going through some growing pains right now with the launch of the GFC. Given time of year, some of the folks might be on vaca?

Either way, they're solid folks.

 

I haven't had an issue with them, ordered the same thing. Took a few days for them to send a shipment confirmation email

its been a week for me !!!

 

Ordered the same a couple of weeks ago, and there was a delay in getting a shipping confirmation. When i emailed Customer Service, they responded (quickly) that they were having some manufacturing equipment issues, and were a bit behind. They ended up shipping the next day, and package arrived shortly thereafter. Good news is that the quality is great and works well.

 

I ordered one. After a week they still hadn't sent it. I emailed it and they sent it right away. When it was finally delivered it was slightly damaged in shipping. They agreed to send me a replacement but they wanted me to pay to ship the damaged one back. I decided not to since the tiny scratch wasn't worth the cost of return shipping.

 

Same here. It’s been a week. Emailed a few days ago, no response yet... I’ll follow up next week.

 

They're solid folks, but seriously lacking in the communication department. I'd imagine that's part of being too in-demand for their own good right now.

 

Worth the wait. Their phone and tablet mounts are beautifully engineered.

 

Seems common. I ordered the unholy dash mount. No shipping info after week so I emailed them and they replied right away and said their program was having issues. It was mailed out the following Monday. It’s a great product and worth the money.

Are you sure there even in business? I have called and left 6 messages, emailed, facebook, everything. There last blog post was from January 2017. I guess I will need to call credit card company at this point, its been 3 weeks.

They are very much in business. They started GFC and probably already have a million in sales just from that. That’s what’s likely distracting them.

 

My wife is saying I got scammed , Lets hope thats not the truth

 

I thought I was the only one! If I don't hear from them Monday I will be calling paypal to cancel order

 

Just FYI I got mine like 2 weeks ago.

 

I'm in the same boat, I ordered the phone mount on July 31st and got the order confirmation right away. It's been almost two weeks and I haven't heard anything back since despite 2 emails and a voicemail to them. It's been pretty frustrating for sure.
