Well if it makes anyone feel any better they were working the weekend on the social media builds, haha.
Also if I do the math based on them saying they build 5-7 a week average than I should be good. *wishful thinking*

but have they paid? How long did it take them to pay and pick options?

quick update. if you’re a curmudgeonly introvert don’t buy one of these things. every time i go skiing i get a small crowd of folks around my truck.

interestingly many say they’ve heard of the GFC but not seen one in person yet.

That’s one thing I hope accounts for them jumping ahead of people sometimes. I paid my final bill and got marked as ready for production the same day they sent me the email asking for the balance. I see there are still people ahead of me on the list that are just “deposit in” or “options set”. I know the leaderboard may not be 100% accurate though.

I actually just purchased spot 234 from someone on here that wanted out of it so I jumped from 489 real quick. I think he sat on picking options for a month or so but when it was finally switched over to me I picked options and paid the full envoice same day. I guess we’ll see.
I’ll be lurking this thread for a while to come so I’ll keep anyone posted who cares.

I'm in the same boat. I paid and was marked for production at the end of December. The email I got led me to believe I'll have number 249 around mid to late March....

    Give yourself a big buffer!!

Their first camper released in April. I don’t know what week for sure, but to give them the benefit of the doubt, let’s just call it April 22. It is currently 39 weeks later and they have 120 completed units. They have been averaging 3 campers per week!

That’s per *week* not month. Lol

If all goes as planned it should be sitting there waiting for me for a month.

Thanks for doing the math. It seemed like they were hitting 5-7 per week around November but things slowed down. I wonder if it’s because of the holidays or if they are lacking materials again.

Yep, I got the same email but just a little ahead of you. So I'm hoping for the end March. we are planning on driving out and trying to get a little snowboarding in on the way back. Not much snowboarding here in TN.

This is the email I got at the beginning of the year before I jumped line to 234 telling how many campers they make a week. Not sure if you got this one being on the list so long.

Big sky is not far from them. I went there last winter, it was awesome. Jackson Hole isn’t too far south from there, I went there 2 years ago. And of course Colorado has some great resorts too. You could have a really good trip.

I’m #229 and hoping it will be ready in April/May. My wife wants to see Luke Combs at red rocks amphitheater near Denver May 12. Would be cool to stop there on our drive out or back.

Yep, I got the same one before I jumped up to 249. I was 397. I guess we'll just wait and see what happens. Obviously we'd all love our campers sooner than later, but for a company that is still really new and all made in the USA they are kicking butt. Yea, communication could be better, but that's a minor thing to me.

Everyone before me has paid as the campers have been quoted as being built, but through PM's it's clear there is more to the story. Not my place though...

I personally paid 100% up front on March 3rd, 2018 as that is what I was told was needed to "hold my spot". Starting June 2018 was when I was originally expected to start build, pushed to July, then August, then September....It finished November 5th. Then delivered November 14th with the wrong paint after all the suspense. I even drove 3 hours out of my way to get it only to be turned back, so 6 hours of driving later...Now still waiting for 2nd delivery notification. So soon enough it will be about 1 year after full payment at this rate for me, but I'm waiting for delivery cause my truck gets 20-21 mpg and I'm not driving 5000 miles round trip when its free delivery for myself. Been patient this long what's another few months...In the meantime it's good to see social media builds being finished before the pending 400+ campers left in queue. If I had known I could jump in line if I had more followers I would've start to buy them back in March.

Sweet! I used to go snowboarding every winter in Colorado but life happens and I haven't been since 2011. I've been itching to get the CustomX out of my bag and get back on the slopes! It's been way too long.

And that would be awesome!! I'd love to see just about anyone at Red Rocks just to go.
