Yep, looks like a match. That's awesome if they built in features to be used with future products!

    From this weekend.

My favorite part of the GFC over my previous roof tent on my Jeep JK is that even when our plans get derailed, we can still set up and watch a sunset from a beach parking lot in total comfort . No need to worry about where the ladder will be or anything ( and I had a hardshell AutoHome, so space for unfolding wasn't an issue either)

SWMBO, dog, Tacoma, GFC, and CT90 make for a good time anywhere. CT90 is the perfect dingy for a food run after setting up .

Yeah, don't know if anyone else rides/used to ride, but I picked that up on the Advrider forums .

Nice! I see why you mentioned the Grom now. Personally, I'm lusting for the new C125 Super Cub .

A 2002 F650 GS Dakar was my first bike .

I sold my KTM 1190 adventure last year .

The CT90 is perfect for me now. I honestly stopped riding so much when I met my girl. So the Tacoma, us being able to travel together, and then the little trail bike on the back is ideal .

And it's hard to beat the low range on the CT90. I can go anywhere on that thing .And was so easy to fix up .

It doesn't take much for me to get my two wheel fix anymore .

That got me curious so I looked it up.

Apparently mirrors removed a Grom is 38" tall. I believe that makes it a damn near perfect fit with the tailgate up.

I wonder how difficult it'll be to load .

Perhaps top up and panels removed so you can basically walk it up?

Being able to have a bike secure inside definitely beats hanging it off the back like I do now .

I was quite surprised at the timing for my gfc unit... i wasnt going to wait, but the earliest I could get to Bozeman would have been end of Feb, beginning of March. So I feel super fortunate for the mid feb timing. :)

I like the new roof rack design. It has T track on the top and the bottom. I like that you can adjust the track mounted D ring to whatever width you want. With the D rings and tubular nylon webbing https://www.rei.com/product/737298/bluewater-1-climb-spec-tubular-webbing , you'd be all set for hauling kayaks, surfboards, etc. I also like that the top has an extruded non slip pattern as well as being flat instead of round. Maybe the bottom T track could be used the mount a platform that would span the gap between the crosspieces.

If that happened, it would truly suck for the people who paid (in FULL) 6-9 months ago and have been waiting patiently.

I don't think so. I got a hold of a complimentary prototype. Why? It's a long story but GFC did me good.:)
I've seen this design on other trucks via instagram, etc. and I expect that they'll offer them or similar soon.

Ok, got it. They look like a much better option than Yakima round bars and the current GFC mounts.

Keep us posted on how they work out for you.

Whoohooo! My camper is complete and I made my last payment for delivery today.

When GFC installed your camper, did they seal under the bed rail caps and the front rail? Just wondering if I should do that myself before delivery.

    Sure, makes sense.

Just wish there was a way to get some overall updates, build rates etc.

Maybe something like the email newsletter most of us likely signed up for?
