Honeymoon/Fishing Recommendations

Thought I'd take a chance and reach out to the Hawaii TW community. I'm looking for recommendations and tips for honeymoon places and a sport fishing trip for March of next year. Yes, I plan to let her sleep one day while I go fishing!

I hear Kauai is less touristy which I'd prefer, but I'm open to ideas. I also like to get off the beaten path, especially for those great mom&pop restaurants. For the fishing I'm thinking a light tackle type for Ahi, Ono, or Tuna. Maybe even Peacock bass.

So, if there's any restaurants, bbq joints, resorts, or sport fishing outfits you know or a TW member operates that I can support I'd appreciate your help.

Hopefully some tips here will help out other TW members also. I'm sure there's more of us that like to support other TW guys when we can.
