Hood bounces 98 Tacoma

    So I did this, turned out fine. i was expecting more movement up and down when I loosened the 3 bolts. There was only about 1/8th of an inch play. Anyhow I lowered latch and lowered the rubber grommets I had already raised and the hood is tight and seams are pretty even now. I also put a piece of weather stripping along the top middle under hood at the windshield. I also cleaned the rust off the latch, spray painted and re greased. thx to all that helped.
