    Are you really gonna keep up with everyone receiving the items?
    Shipping out clearly in your control. Knowing when if recvd. Not so easy unless someone starts complaining that it's lost which you have to handle case by case anyways.

    How about just blue = PM invoice sent
    And deleted is Shipped.

    Much easier to track as I assume you don't ship till you get payment and you wouldn't want to follow up with each and everyone or expect them to update the list that they did get it. Heck a fair number of them couldn't even put their own name on the list.

    Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
    As I am discovering, assembling in bulk is inversely as cool as ordering in bulk. I now know why so much stuff is automated/machine-made!

    I am currently about 40% done with 34 kits, and 60% done with 16 kits. Those 16 kits should be done by Wednesday, and the 34 kits at 95% status by this time next week. Gonna be a lot of happy folks pretty soon here!

    ARB front bumper w/ Warn M8000 winch and lights, 3" lift, Tire gate tire carrier, All-Pro Expedition leaf springs, weather tech floor mats.
    It is a huge pain and normally costly to build a lot of the same thing. So the automating of the prosses helps cut costs and bring up production. But since you aren't going to make millions of these it's going to suck cause your doing them yourself. I know the more you do the better and faster you will get at it. Then have someone test them for you while you are working on another. That might help.
