Pricing has not changed. Still $59.995 shipped to your door.

Brad is hella fucking busy. We've been trying to meet up to talk shop, but frankly he can't find the time yet. Without putting pressure on him, I would expect all paid orders to be in postal service possession by the weekend.

I have finally, as of about three minutes ago, finished ten prototype Mobile Pro Hood Lights. Releasing no further details (already said too much, frankly), they are not for sale yet. I need to do beta testing of them, and it's my personal friends and family that get to be my guinea pigs. I hope to have a few left over for Rock Therapy 2015, so I can have a few true wheelers give them a more severe test -- if you are going, and are interested in being a guinea pig, hit me up in Area BFE.

Going to Rock Therapy? Look for the Anti-Dark crew (all both of us), since we are an official sponser. We will have a little swag with us, and will be running in-person specials while we're there, like FREE installation with any purchase of a Pro Hood Light (we will actually extend this to any current buyers, if you can wait that long to get it installed).

Hey all, just a brief check in.
I made the shipping labels for the last 12 paid invoices, shipped about 10 of them already, I just need to make the parts bags and they're off. Also I have an order of 200 stickers that my new supplier Bill from Fword Industries has put together for me. They should be ready by tomorrow, which I stalled partially because I wanted to include them with said 12 paid invoices.
Im working as fast as I can, have those 12 orders that need to ship out, 28 messages to respond to, & 12 people to send invoices to, then a group buy on T4R.
I didn't send the last 12 invoices because I wasn't ready for them, as soon as the paid invoices ship I will send you yours.
All paid orders should have received a tracking number. If you paid and didn't get an email with a tracking number please PM me with the subject "No Tracking"

Also I have sent out a few kits without stickers, honestly I didn't think people cared for them much to notice I hadn't been including them in the wait time for a new batch, but that quickly showed me I was quite mistaken.
So If you didn't get a sticker and would like one, now that I will have lots more please PM me with the subject "Sticker please!" and which color you would like (white or red)

That's odd, I received a confusing message stating that I had to send my payment as a gift or pay the sellers paypal fees myself which indicated that the price was in fact not $59.99 to my door. Sent a reply asking about it and never received any information back. Has that nonsense gone away and I just miss the message with a new corrected $59.99 invoice?

I finally got a test batch of 10 Mobile Pro Hood Lights finished 100% (kinda been referring to them as 2nd Generation). Some of them are going to family and close friends. I expect to have a few left over for RT'15, for anyone interested in checking them out.

Unfortunately, I don't think they are viable. The amount of labor put into a single kit truly shocked me. That, and the parts cost is not small. To recover what I put into them I would have to sell them for more than is reasonable, double or more the cost of the original Pro kit. So for now, I am declaring them DOA.

I'll get pics up eventually. For now, a description.
It's basically the original Pro kit, where the LED strip is detachable. There is a roughly 15' extension cable that allows the LED strip to move anywhere around the truck -- the idea is that it can be used as a hands-free worklight wherever needed. It comes with a cigarette lighter plug, and a set of clips for the battery. The mobile portion of it makes it able to be moved and used on any vehicle, not just the one it's installed on.

I suppose it could be used for contractors (especially HVAC techs) and mobile mechanics, people who need a lightweight, flexible, low-draw light source and have access to 12v.

If the Mobile Pro Light Kit sounds like something you might be interested in, please let me know. If there is enough intetest, I may salvage the operation. Keep in mind that, as it stands now, they would be somewhere between $120 and $150.

Got mine today and couldn't resist! Thanks to Brad for incredible customer service.

 

I recently noticed that a little portion was being taken away from transaction that wasn't a "gift." So I offered the option of going that route if the buyer wanted to save a couple dollars, but of course it wouldn't be a protected transaction. In the meantime i've been trying to figure out a way of paying via CC through a website or something and get that fee waved. The group buy price is indeed $59.99, shipped, it's just there is a $2.47 paypal fee for the transaction on top of that. Im thinking the first page is overdue for an update.
