Just look at the build thread
Wonder how close the Pro kit would fit a 5th gen 4Runner...

To you and others who missed it but PMed me, stay tuned, you never know who's gonna drop out, or if we may change things up again here lol. It's out first time taking on any sort of business of any kind. Literally.
Scroll back and you will see this starting out with practically hand delivering these things. lol...

I do get to everyone but it takes time, as stated by a few friends earlier. My inbox needs to be attacked by an army, it's blown up and im trying my best to get to all PMs as fast as I can while still working a regular, job, taking on 5 classes, applying for my contractors license, and struggling with poor time management. LOL
One way or another, I'll make sure everyone gets taken care of, esp if you PMed me already.

    Perfectly.

You know I get so caught up with school than when I come back I feel like everyone thinks I died or something. Shane and I are working our butts off, as usual, lol. Nice to see the list filled up quickly! Im going to send out more PM's right now.

Trying my best to keep up with this and still have room to breathe, not very easy though lol. Part of the reason we're stopping for minute is to catch up and re-do the group buy thing. I take off time from work to do this and if it's not making me any money then well, i'll soon be at the curb, passed out, wearing a raggedy old anti-dark t-shirt, with an empty fifth of jack in my hands haha.... KIDDING!

Anyway, now working on getting these next orders out and sorting through all the PM's.
I used to be very quick at responding to PMs, but Im falling behind and it's not getting any easier to catch up. I've had a few people contact me personally with concerns regarding their orders, trouble installing, even a couple warranty issues (thanks to shipping damages). Because they contacted me personally (cell phone works best) I was able to take care of them immediately. Thank you for doing that!!! If you ever have any problems regarding your order, I have included my personal cell phone number with every PM, do not hesitate to text me.

I had one customer whom I found a 15 day old email regarding the lights not working (later found to be damaged during transit) that was unanswered. I felt like I left someone out to DIE. I sent an email back immediately telling him to contact me. We went over the trouble shooting procedures and figured out it was indeed a broken light, I sent him a brand new kit within 24 hours of his call. Im not trying to boast or anything here, I am just explaining that if you have a problem and it hasn't been taken care of, it's simply because I don't know.

I love this job! Thank you guys, more updates soon.

Is there a separate list for the group buy then the regular waiting list? I'm a patient person so I'm willing to wait for quality products! Just let me know which list, or when a new list will be posted!!

^^then check page 91&92. Waiting list is full and seems like it is on hold for next orders until they get their website up. I just missed out but sent a PM anyway in case someone drops out and opens up a spot.
