Hood misaligned

2021 SR Access Cab Tacoma

So I add ditch light bracket to my hood
Some how I messed up the hood alignment
One side has a big gap while the other has a narrow gap that scratch against metal when lifting the hood

I try fixing it and I add touch up paint to cover the scrap metal part
But the hood is still scraping when opening the hood

I need help
