So I bought an aftermarket hood with scoop cut out. I ordered OEM scoop from Toyota (Scoop, Scoop Guide, Scoop Plate). However, when I went to install it, there doesn't seem to be the rivet pieces to hold the scoop together. And there's no nuts to hold the scoop to the hood.

I checked online and the parts don't seem to be listed seperately. It appears to be part of the "scoop" (#6).

    Anyone help me out here?

Maybe a trip to the hardware store?

Is there something unique about what's needed?

Well if it's supposed to come with the parts then I want to use the original parts vs making a trip to find the right stuff and make it work.

Have you tried contacting the Dealer you got it from?

Yeah, they have no clue. They said they could order another set to see if the rivets and nuts are in it...but I was trying to confirm that it was supposed to come with it before doing that.

Not to sound like a dick but leave it be. Unless you get a whole new hood it will look like shit. Don't try, just saying. Will your truck benefit from it in any way? Spend money other places.

I would say have them order it again and see if the rivets and nuts are included this time, providing they don't charge you again.

I would not rivet a scoop on a non scoop hood. Fuckin ghetto. What is the benefit? Looks?

All I'm saying is that sometimes, especially in this case, less is more.

Sorry, just re-read that you have scooped hood looking for scoop parts. Please disregard all of my post. I was under the impression that you were screwing a scoop on a non scoop hood. My dumb ass assumption.
