got a hood squeak I think, checked all mounting bolts and the gas lift mounts and those are fine, seems be coming from up front. Am I missing a rubber in that top little hole??

Sure wouldn't hurt to temporarily put a thick piece of rubber or neoprene there and see if the squeak goes away.

You might also take an emery cloth to the latch pin and clean the crud off the end. And maybe apply a good dab of grease. That could be your squeaker too!

    Cheers!

greased it up good, so far no squeaks. ill order a new bumper set as the hood has a little vibration (doesnt snugly stay down)

WOW! Surely, you just set some sort of time record here! That literally took you 13 minutes.

Look at both ends of the radiator core
    There are rubber grommets
    They are threaded
They allow adjustment to make hood just right
Thinking your case screw/move them up EVER so slightly
    Shut hood and inspect
Typically takes 3/4 times to get just right
