Hooke Roof Rack + "unknown" light bar at $350... Am I getting gipped?

Facebook Marketplace find for $350:
"Hooke road room rack with light bar

comes with all the bolts to install and the switch needed to mount it in your truck. Recently purchased a cap and no longer need the roof rack"

Asking $350.

I asked for details on light bar, what model and brand. Response: "Unfortunately I don’t have that info- the light bar doesn’t have a model or serial number labeled on it"

Which sounds like 1) he's either full of it 2) the laziest seller imaginable, or 3) it's a Chinese Amazon light. Likely a mix of the three.

The racks are $399 new plus shipping and tax. Then add the cost of a likely cheap Chinese lightbar, and it seems like a decent deal.

Open to any and all feedback or advise.

 

Go take a look at it hard to say… the quality or brand of it … you can always go lower on the price if the lightbar is junk ..but if u like the rack u can make a offer worst case they say no . Prices are never set in stone with fb marketplace ads .
