    Hooked up the amp and now my backup camera, bluetooth, and steering wheel controls for the audio system are not working. I put it back to factory just to check everything and it still doesn't work. Is there a fuse or anything else I can check?

    Fuses. Volt meter test the fuses.

    So you have voltage everywhere then.... could be a ecu issue at this point.
