I've searched and cannot find a solution. Obviously the lower adjustment screw adjusts the beams vertically, which works for me. However, the horizontal adjustment screw (top) does not seem to work. I'm assuming it's supposed to move the beam left and right? It seems as if it is almost twisting the beam pattern, as if it is rotating the bulb. Not sure if this makes sense. Any idea what is going on?
