So when I honk my horn it doesn't honk, I checked the fuse its good, I checked the relay its good, I checked each individual horn they work whe ln connected to power, I press the horn and the relay clicks, I checked the terminal and someone said I have to make sure there's two hots or something? There was only one when ignition on and off. I'm trying to get my vehicle inspected and if I dont register it I will get fined within next month. horn broke within 6 weeks ago.

Usually, something like that indicates spiral cable/clock spring. Do you have audio controls on your wheel? If they don’t work, that’d likely be it.

I dont have any audio controls anyways, also the relay clicks so it is getting a signal to honk horn does that still mean there's smth wrong with clock spring?

Did you verify correct operation of both the load and control sides of the relay?

If the relay clicks it's not the clock spring, have you swapped the relay with a known good one?

If the relay is working and the fuse is good then without testing it’s either a failed horn or ground issue.

Relays usually have 4 pins, 2 would have resistance. From the horn button, power is being supplied to one, the other should go to ground. The other 2 pins, one gets power, the other goes to the horn, then to ground.

To test the relay, putting power to the 2 pins that showed resistance will cause a click, closing the switch inside, like turning the lights on, or causing the horn to beep. So put your multimeter set to ohms on the 2 pins that go to the horn, apply power to the 2 pins that showed resistance, your meter should show the same as if you touched the leads together. Or it'll show no change, or very high resistance. If it shows either of those 2, the relay is no good. You need jumper wires with tiny roach clips. Or find a mechanic friend with a relay buddy tester, easy.

I could be wrong, I've seen horns with constant power that get grounded when you push the button.

If you determine the relay is bad, AND I can find it, AND it's the same like I think it might be, I could mail you one that was to my clutch start switch. It might be easier to run to the dealer, probably less than 5 bucks.

I figured it out apparently I must've checked the relay wrong and I bought a new one just to see and it was the brand new relay that was bad. Thanks for all of your comments, and help.
