Do you have radio controls on your steering wheel?

    Have you checked the fuses?

Do you access to a Volt Meter?

I’ve had someone check them a few months back when things started going wrong. But I don’t know about the Volt meter. Does Auto zone have one ?

They should have a Volt meter.
In order to figure out where your problems are originating from you’ll needed to some electrical circuit testing. Which requires a volt meter.

When you replaced bulbs did you go stock or some sort of LED set up?

I doubt all of the fuses are good, maybe recheck. I know that computers can be funky sometimes and the old try unplugging and plugging it back in can work. Try unhooking the battery for about 5 minutes and hook it back up. Worth an easy shot anyway.

Ok I’ll have my brother check it out this weekend. I don’t think any of them have been replaced since I bought the truck. Thank you for your help

Fuses don’t generally need replacing unless they blow and when they blow it’s usually for a reason. On second thought with the different problems you’re having that probably wouldn’t be linked to the same fuse that’s not likely to be it, not impossible though. I would start with the easy restart of unhooking the battery and troubleshoot from there.

And probably a stupid question but I must ask. Was everything working as intended before the bulb swap or when did things start acting up?

No things were messing up before that. One of my bulbs went out and so I just replaced both. At time my horn would work and lately my radio has been working but like today it’s been working and then when I start my truck another time today it doesn’t. I’m gonna replace the bulbs and see if maybe they were just cheap bulbs. Would you recommend LED

No, just stock bulbs. You may have a bad relay but I don’t think they can be checked. It would take swapping relays to see what works and doesn’t. I hate electrical gremlins. Again I say try unhooking the battery and hooking back up. If nothing works I have a ‘14 I’ll make a good deal on for you. Best of luck.

In my opinion you have many different things going on at the same time as there isn't a lot that connects these different circuits and devices.

Headlights: Check the bulbs and make sure they are plugged in correctly. Verify that you are getting 12 VDC at the headlamp plug.

Horn: Very possibly the spiral cable in the steering wheel. They are known to go out. Horn may work intermittently or not at all. Try turning the steering wheel in each direction ( not moving ) while pressing the horn. If it does toot sometimes the spiral cable is defective.

Stereo: They are another known piece of crap. Advice: Go to https://www.crutchfield.com/S-ElB7Hptbs9P/m_266150/Car-Stereos.html and get a good stereo that fits.

A/C Circuit: Bad connection at the resistor and / or on the blower or the connector to the motor. Another well known issue.

If it is the resistor and / or the connector this is what you need to fix it:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/diy-ac-or-heater-only-blowing-on-high-heres-a-fix.541843/

You can change the connector with a stripper and a crimper.

The terminals on the motor and resistor bridge fit loose and are prone to burning.

Resistor and connector needed for the fan speed.

Look at both connectors on the motor. I'd be willing to bet one or both of them are burned.

If they have burn marks you need to replace the connector plugs.

    Part number 90980-10916 Connector

Part Number 82998-12380 Wire and terminal

Not sold as a kit, sold as each. So you will need one of the plugs and two of the terminal and wires.
