    Hi yall, first post.

looking to track down horn issue. Horn does not work when pressed but I can set off the alarm with key fob. Relay and fuse has been swapped and still has no effect. I’ve looked into clock spring but my blinker/cruise control/ buttons on steering wheel work so not convinced it’s the clock spring yet. What should I check next?

    thanks in advance.

Just keep throwin' money at it.
Sounds like a clock spring. When mine failed the horn stopped working but the controls on the wheel still worked. If you can hear the horn by using the keyfob that means the horn is still working (fuse and horn connector/ground would be the next step if you could not set it off). I would look into the clock spring steps. It's not overly complicated, just make sure the 12v system is disconnected and any power in the system drained before you disconnect the airbag. You can get a loaner steering wheel puller from Napa/Autozone to help with removing the wheel.

Turn the steering wheel while holding the horn button down and see if it honks intermittently while rotating the wheel, if it does its definitely the clockspring.
