So I recently got back from vacation and my Tacoma decided to not sound off when I hit the horn. Upon google searching I’ve been redirected to the spiral cable and possibly the fuse. That could possibly be the issue. If anyone on here has had experience with this. That would be great! Also I’m out of the factory warranty by 2k miles.

I had that issue on my 2012. For me it was the spiral cable and I am fortunate to have an extended warranty. Cost about $500 for repair.
I would check your relay first, check the connection at the horns and then go from there.
