My horn doesn't work in the straight ahead position, but honks if I turn the steering wheel to the right or left 15 degrees or more. My cruise control works and all the steering wheel function buttons work. The horn fuse is good and there is power to the horn relay. If I jumper 3 & 5 pins on the horn relay the horn blows. I have removed the steering wheel horn cover and the brown wire is hooked up to the spade connector on the air bag assembly. I did NOT remove the clock spring because the forum states " if the cruise control and steering wheel function buttons work then the problem is NOT the clock spring". I need some suggestions, please! PS.: I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD, 4WD, 4 door P/U. Thanks

Clockspring, there's not really anything else it can be. The other circuits just haven't failed yet.
