Probably not, 4 degrees sounds like a lot but you may or may not be able to see it. Is the issue on both sides?

No the drivers side was fine. I was able to get over 3* caster fairly easily

The camber is negative on the driver side though but I didn't really mess with that side...I'm sure the drivers side can get into spec thought

Weird, you might indeed have something bent.

Did the previous owner "use" the truck?

Sooo you're not at -2° caster.

Without seeing an alignment sheet and where the cams are currently positioned... :goingcrazy:

A spindle bent that bad would be noticeable, but since you actually have 1.1° of POSITIVE caster I doubt it's that bad.

At first I positioned the cams so the rear was all the way OUT(tire clearance) the. Tried the front cam in every position and couldn't get above -2. If I put the rear cam all the way IN. I was able to get 1.1 max.....this is backwards from how it's suppose to be!

Why did you replace the LCA? Was it a used LCA?

It's def a possibility. Could also have rubbed because I added more weight...the previous owner of the LCA didn't have any alignment issues.

The seller of the LCA says there wasn't any issues.

Why was he selling a lower control arm?

I live in Fontana and I've still got my stock lowers. If you're headed up I15 anytime soon and you want to swap lowers and see if your passenger side is bad let me know and we can arrange for a pickup or swap or hell you can just take them if you want, I beat this shit out of them and one of the ball joints is stiff but you could swap the passenger side out and see how it aligns.

Thanks ! I still have my old lowers so I'm going to check those. Sucks that the alignment has to be done every damn time. These lowers have brand new ball joints too. I honestly think it's the spindle but it could be the lower for sure

Isn't it more common to bent the spindles rather than lowers ?

Caster that high might cause the positive camber, how do your camber cams look?

And what's up with the toe?

Rear cam all the way out and front cam all the way in...even with both cams all the way in camber was -.08 and caster 1.9 degrees

I opted for the higher caster because of tire clearance
