Probably better to stick with HP anyway.
SCJA (SC jeep addicts) have a run at bad creek on sat. (Musterground). Love my jeep but stay far away from large group rides.

No biggie. The gf actually made plans to hit a car show tomorrow so I was going to have to cancel anyway.
We'll prob be tied up with her parents for Easter stuff on Sunday but there wull be plenty of time to hit trails this year.

Just saw on the news that a large section of HPR is closed due to unsafe landslides in some spots. The area received 8 inches of rain last weekend. No date on reopening as of now.

Realizing now this is from a storm on the 19th. I drove it on the 21st. So the section will be when you choose left or right (right going to the water).

It was a pretty bad washout for sure, had to get a foot or two off to the side in order to avoid the washout.

One downed tree that took out half the width of the road with it.

The washouts are behind a gate that I am betting is closed, but you’ll still be able to get all the way down to the water! Canebrake section is open too, didn’t have time for that last weekend

It'll either be HP or Gorges, I haven't decided.
