    Just a bunch of old crap
    No conventional back way into Horseshoe with our trucks. If someone can prove me wrong, I'm happy to see their path. Only way in is from Bartlett Dam Rd like you're going to Bartlett Lake, then take the Horseshoe Lake turnoff. Grated dirt road to the lake. Lots of the old trails were closed years ago due to erosion from fire damage. Any old washes previously used all in that entire area are closed off for rehab and erosion prevention.

    I worked with the forest service up in that entire district, and none of them knew any other way around to Horseshoe, nor did the fire service guys.
