Here's something I've been trying to figure out. Not really a problem per say but I started doing the HW Wednesday on week 18 of the year so I'm kinda out of sync with the calendar year on weeks.

I'm trying to decide if I want to start over when Jan 1st gets here for week one. I guess I could start over in my files and keep week 18 thru 52 as an incomplete year for 2019. It's more of a file naming issue than anything else really.

 

I want you to keep doing HW Wednesday for sure. I'd also be interested in a calendar that would make a really cool addition to my cube

 

I'll definitely keep doing it. I really like the calendar idea.

Home Depot has hot wheels for .78 cents on Black Friday. Last year I was able to grab about 40 cars

2 custom split window bugs my buddy made awhile back for me.

 

How does he get his cuts so straight and clean?

 

He has a lot of small files and a dremel tool and a lot of patience. All the small stuff he has a pair of jewelers glasses he wears.

 

This was the Hot Wheels pink beach buggy with yellow gas tanks on the sides. Buddy painted it and put the twin motors in. Had to take the motor off the back so to fill in the hole he added a skid plate from a truck custom dual exhaust tips and tail light from another car. Old pictures sorry if they are blurry. Sold it while back

 

Here are a couple older Mean Machines I have had for years. I have Cameos and step sides on the 55 Chevy pick ups. The back ground are some of the 200+ model kits I have built.

 

Really really like those. Especially the flamed Cameo.

Here is a few more from my collection. I have 40 years worth of this stuff. Our 3rd bedroom is my car room and the over flow fills the 24 foot shelves I built on the garage wall. Still buy one here or there but I have been letting a lot of it go. These are my Johnny Lightning favorites I think.

 

what is the black car to the left? almost looks like the back end of a Buick grand national.
