Hot Wheels

How about some cars from Steve McQueens Bullet. I forgot I had them. Also added to my F150 collection. I once had a 70 F100 and still collect anything I can on them from 67-72. The yellow and black ones are new. The bullet cars are 10-12 years old.

 

Very cool, I got the McQueen mustang along with 10 or so other movie cars.....Need for speed, blues bros, tommy boy, stripes, fast and furious etc.

The Mustang has side vent windows which threw me off but I googled the years and it is a 1968. I thought vent windows were done away with in 1967.
Natural sunlight with some clouds worked great with the reflections. I had them in direct sunlight and I shot from the shade. Wish I could have done them in a Bullit type scene. Great chase scene but how did they pass the same Volkswagon 4 times?

Hot Wheels 1/64 Tom & Jerry vw bug.

 

How many versions of that VW do you have?

 

Not really sure but if I had to guess I would say between 1200 / 1500. I really need to somehow categorize them. I have been collecting vw bugs since the early 90’s and then got hooked on some other hot wheels a few years ago.

Here is a few more 1/24 die-casts. The 58 Impala was a low rider until I swapped out the wheels. The Gremlin was stock until I swapped the wheels, My Tacoma is reflecting in the wheels.
The Cameo 1/64 snunk back in for another photo. The GTO had a wheel swap as well.
