Well looks like we are going to make a small room for her with a bathroom. I’m actually on vacation this week and up north camping. Not the worst news to here on vacation but not what I wanted to be talking about.

Not hot wheels but Franklin Mint. This is how I received them. They were grandfather's. Maybe I can clean them up. They need a lot of cleansing.

It is a Nash. On the rear says Airflyte and Rambler Custom on the front fenders. I'm not too familiar with Nash

Nash and I want to say Kaiser merged to create Rambler in the late 50s. Nash had some funny looking cars and with those wheel wells set so low even on the front I cant imagine what kind of a turning radius they had.
I think those cars even had front seats that folded flat to make a bed with the back seats. They were weird and neat.

So I found this Bronco yesterday at dollar general. It wasn't until a few minutes ago when I OPENED it to realize I'd just added a treasure hunt to my display. I usually look for the little flame circle but oh well. It's cool!

The Mustang will be getting a change with the rims. I have the same ones in chrome. Wont mess with it to much more. I collect 65 Galaxies and had to have this one because it has the Ohio Highway Patrol logos on it. I live in Ohio. Ill just post a couple today.

    Its neat.

I actually painted a particle board with gloss black paint, then misted with flat black paint, followed by a very light dusting of flat gray primer. Then I looked up parking lot space requirements, scaled it down to 1:64, laid it out and taped it off. Then I painted with a semi gloss white paint, pulled the masking and ta-daaa! Haha! The lights I added in Lightroom and Photoshop. Actually the only thing I added in Photoshop was the smoke and police lights. Everything else was done in Lightroom. Took that pic on my hobby room floor with the lights off. Used a couple diorama led lights connected to a 9 volt battery for simulated parking lot lights.

Didn't take much at all to get that picture LOL!

Alot of work and its something I am sure you can reuse.
With me building models I used to have a junk yard that I made on a table top with a sheet of plywood. I made a pop sickle stick fence and a couple out buildings out of foam board and then painted the one side of strips of clear plastic different shades of blue and green and used those for my creek and then filled the rest with sand and tire tracks. When a model didn't come out right it went into the junk yard after I weathered it. I sold it when I had a guy come over after hearing about it. I never took any pictures unfortunately. In was in the basement 10+ years.
