Anyone get the legend tour gasser?

 

Wicked awesome Dollar General haul today

 

Finally got to put some cases up on the wall.

 

I try to stick to the vw bugs. I do love the gassers and have few customs my buddy made but that particular one is a little pricey.

 

Four more sets of 1 1/2 wide strips cut. I'll have enough to display 400 more hot wheels once completed.

 

Had to relocate on the wall. Time to reload lol

 

That’s going to look great! Wish I had more wall space for something like that.

Well vacation is over and went back to work today. Here’s a custom 55 my buddy did for me. Painted and added decals, wheel swap, detailed and added the red hemi valve covers and plug wires.

 

already liked it but i have to quote it today and say I love this!

Hey you got room to add another 3 cases under the ones you just put up.
Your collection will never be out of control as long as you have a place to display them.
The natural wood looks good against the brown wall.

 

Here’s another one of his customs. It was a roadster that he put the roof of another car on. Cut the sides to expose the engine. Made the side pipes, and added the grill with headlights from another car. On the bottom you can see where he trimmed the base on the sides and cut off the back and a little of the front. Painted and added real riders.

 

Hot Wheels Wednesday Week 36! Early morning expedition. On instagram I said to swipe to see the large creature we discovered. He was harmless but urinated a lot. Lol.

Here are a couple more F100s I picked up last week.The Red and White one is really nice. The Blue and White one looks like my old 70 F100. Mine had fat tires and Cragar SS rims. The Union 76 truck needs the wheels changed. I cant leave things like that alone. The Mustang II is nice as well,

 

I wish hot wheels redline club mods were as johnny on the spot as mods here. Wait let me rephrase. I wish Hot Wheels Redline Club forums were as active as TW. I just signed up but I have a feeling I'll get more interaction here with hot wheels post than over there.

Not a Hot Wheels web site but I’m a member on another website that has a dedicated Hot Wheels forum separate from the dedicated matchbox, Johnny lightning, M2, along with some others. Didn’t take long to figure out it was mostly just me and some other member posting some pics. He had a few nice cars but only posted one car a month. I stopped posting awhile back and there hasn’t been any movement on that forum since February.

 

I think I speak for a lot of guys on here when I say I look forward to seeing what you’re going to come up with to post on Wednesday’s.

 

Glad you guys enjoy them. Working from home it is hard to come up with new ideas. Usually if I leave for lunch I'm driving into town (20mins), stopping by my Dads to check in on him(10+mins) and by the time I leave there I have to come straight back home to work. We haven't been going anywhere on the weekends so I'm limited on locations at the moment. But Ideas keep popping in my head. I still want to do the gasser drag meet at some point
