Guy I work with just brought this one in to show me. Have to be a member of the Hot Wheels RLC club to get it or pay big on eBay. Actually has adjustable suspension with real riders. Detailed nicely and has some weight to it. Didn’t even know they were doing this. Sorry it’s a few pictures but I thought this one was pretty cool.

 

This what they look like when they grow up to 1/24 scale. mines a 63 Impala. Yours is a 1964. Some frown on Low Riders but I love seeing them. It is amazing the level of detail they put in those cars. a 63 Impala. Yours is a 64.

Ok try this again. These came in a bunch of different colors. I ordered one to see the quality of them before I ordered the others. Should be here today.

 

First one came in today and I have to say it’s pretty nice! Lots of detail. Was going to take it out of the box to take some pics but the box is pretty cool too. Not sure yet if I will.

The brake cleaner i used this time was a little too strong. So, in removing all the weathered, patina marks i made authentic weathered, patina on the greenish van

 

Got another one today. These cars are really nice. Hope there isn’t to much glare from the overhead lights.

 

Got these at cota when Nascar was there. Would prefer the trucks but they had none. I am looking for the Whataburger Nascar can't seem to find one in the orange 13

 

I was at the drag strip Sunday at Quaker City for the Nostalgia Nationals so today I will go with drag racing as the theme. You would never think there was a pandemic judging by the size of the crowd there and Ohio only has a 50% vaccine rate. There wasn't a mask in sight. Gonna be at Thompson Friday for the first day of the Gasser Reunion. The Bounty Hunter was a excellent build and came out really nice. The Trojan Horse wasn't bad either. The Bill Maverick Dodge is a old kit that I am going to try to save. The Black Decals are flaking off and I am going to attempt painting them on soon. The White Dodge was a Bill Maverick kit that I tubbed and went with the Pro Street look. If anyone tries building models avoid the funny cars unless you are really good with them. I trash more than I save.

 

Low and slow.....dig it! I have a couple of these low riders myself.
